Design tips for Small Condominium

Having problems on how to make your Cubao condo unit look spacious? Planning for a small party, but can't volunteer your place because you can't accommodate more than 3 guests? Then maybe you need to redecorate your place and make your things more organized. Here are some tips and design ideas that may help you in redecorating your unit to save space and at the same time make it look more presentable:

Balcony
Balcony is a place to relax. Watching the little cars and people from above, stargazing at night, drinking wine with your loved ones or friends, and reading books commonly happen here. To make you feel more comfortable and relaxed on your Balcony, you can place a small bench, add some comfy pillows and a small table. You can also add some small plants like bonsai, and flowers like Azalea for a refreshing ambience.

Loft Bed and Bunk Bed
Bunk Bed is a type of bed where one of the bed frames is on the top of another. It can have 2 to 3 bed frames. This kind of bed is good for the kids or guests who are sleeping over. A loft bed on the other hand, is an elevated kind of bed. Unlike bunk beds, loft beds have no lower frames because the spaces below are usually used to store some other form of furniture. You can also place your study table, bookshelf, or closet below the bed frame. The frame of the loft bed can be made of wood which can also become a cabinet or a shoe rack. This space saver bed is good for small rooms.

Kitchen

There are always two concepts of kitchen geography: the dirty kitchen and the dining area. Both of them can be optimized for maximum usage and space. For the dirty kitchen, keep appliances simple. If you’re not really into cooking, keep your appliances simple: settle for a small ref, a single burner stove and probably leave out that oven you’re not going to use after the first few times. The dining area can be set with a table for four—an excess of 4 guests and you can accommodate them at the communal living area and that’s OK. Maximize more space by setting up wall counters, restaurant -style.
